BRAZEN BERRY REVIEW!!

Today's post is a review on the Maybelline Brazen Berry lipstick (905). $4
I bought this color about a week ago and was a little set back by how purple it was, but after putting it on I realized how gorgeous of a color it really is! It's such a fun Spring/Summer color and I will most defiantly be wearing this in the up coming seasons! I've always loved Maybelline's lip products. They have really good color to them and never dry out my lips. Very impressed with this product!!

Pros:
-Feels amazing and goes on very smoothly.
-The packaging is adorable!
-Color last for hours and doesn't wipe off easily.

Cons:
-Because this lipstick is so creamy and smooth it tends to loose it's shape fairly easy, so you have to be careful when applying.

NAILED IT!!

OPI nail Polish is one of my all time favorite brands when it comes to a good quality polish at a good price! Cajun Shrimp & La Paz-itively Hot are my top favorite for the month of March. These colors are perfect for any season and really make your nails stand out!

1. Cajun Shrimp $7-9
One of my all time favorite colors!! Every time I would go to the salon I would find myself always picking out this color and finally decided I need to own it. It's such a gorgeous orangy/pink color and is so bright and fun for any look!!

2. La Paz-itively Hot $7-9
I just recently started using this color, and I'm in love!! It's such a bright girly pink and perfect for a 'date night' look. To get the full look I recommend applying 2 coats as this color is a little more sheer than the Cajun Shrimp. Both colors are perfect for that fun girly look and are high on my list of all time favs!

PUCKER UP!!

Today's post is all about lips!! The products below are my 'Go to's' for the month of March, all costing under $10!! I tend to stay very neutral when it comes to adding any color to my lips. Pinks, nudes and of course the plain ol Chapstick. Occasionally I like to get a little fun and I'll add some red on my lips if I want to feel different for the day but have yet to find a red that I absolutely can't live without! (Suggestions welcome!)

1. EOS CHAPSTICK (Sweet Mint) $3
This product is by far one of the best chap sticks I have ever owned. I apply this mostly at night before going to sleep and it keeps my lips from cracking and getting dry. Not to mention it's adorable and they come in the greatest flavors!!

2. MAYBELLINE COLOR SENSATIONAL LIPSTICK (860-Pink Pop) $5
This color is so fun and simple for an everyday look. It's reminds me of a classic baby doll pink. I'm wearing this lipstick in the picture above for a better feel of what it looks like on. Yes, it's very pink, but perfect for any season or look!!

3. MAYBELLINE BABY LIPS (25-Pink Punch) $4
I have read so much about this product since it first came out but had never tried it up until about a few months ago and let me tell ya, I'm glad I did!! This lip product is one of my all time favorites. It smells amazing and makes my lips so incredibly soft! Just like a baby (hense the name). So far I have only tried the Pink Punch, but this will defiantly be one of my favorite go to lip products.

BRAIDED!

Braids are a quick and easy hairstyle when you're in a hurry but want to look cute.
This style only took me about 5 minutes.

I started out by running a straightener over the ends of my hair to smooth out the surface a little and then brushing out the top to prevent my hair from looking frizzy. I then braided my hair about half way and then pulled at the braid a little to loosen it up. Finally for the finishing touch I added a hat and was ready for the day.
Simple as that!!

1. L'OREAL TRUE MATCH LUMI (N1-2) $12.98
I tried this product about 2 months ago and have been in love ever since! Throughout the day my skin gets really oily which causes my makeup to wear off  but the True Match keeps my skin looking flawless under any condition.

2. MYSTIC DIVINE SPRAY $14
This hair spray is my go to when it comes to curls and volume!
It holds my hair all day while at the same time it makes it look shiny and healthy. Not to mention it smells amazing!!

3. SALLY HANSEN AIRBRUSH LEGS (Deep Glow) $15
You want to be tan?! Look no further!!
This amazing product makes my skin so dark on top of making it look flawless. Living in Oregon makes it extremely hard to get a tan due to the lack of sun we have but I can always trust this product to give me that healthy glow that I desire. (Not bashing anyone who isn't tan. We all have our preferences!)

4. NEUTROGENA SOOTHING GEL $7.99
This product is amazing for the night time! I apply this every night after washing my face and it leaves it so incredibly soft and fresh feeling! My skin tends to get a lot more sensitive in the Winter time so if you have sensitive skin I would defiantly try this product out!

5. COLGATE OPTIC WHITE TOOTHPASTE  $5
Last but certainly not least is the Colgate optic white toothpaste. This product works so well and leaves my teeth feeling clean and whiter with each use. Being a smoker (horrible habit!) can make having white teeth quite the challenge but this toothpaste by far has impressed me with it's ability to eliminate surface stains and keep my teeth looking healthy and white!!

10 MINUTE LOOK.

As you all know Winter is almost over. But for those of you looking for a quick and
easy way to get rid of that bed head and look cute here's an idea.
This look only took me about 10 minutes to do.

I took a 1 1/2 in. Revlon curling iron ($24.99) and curled about half way up my head and then sprayed it with some Bed Head curling spray ($12). Finally I ran my fingers threw it a little to give it that 'messy' look and topped it off with a slouchy beanie to hide the actual bed head I did have.

Quick and easy, yet still presentable!!
